All the components of the Transair aluminum compressed air pipe system conforms to the following specifications:

Suitable Fluids: Compressed air (dry, wet, lubricated), vacuum, inert gases (argon, nitrogen) and other fluids. For additional information please request a complete list of suitable fluids.

Working Temperature: -4°F to +140°F

Maximum Working Pressure:

Vacuum Level: 99.9% (1 mbar absolute pressure)

Lubricant Compatibility: Compatible to all types of mineral and synthetic compressor oils

Resistance to: Corrosion, aggressive environments, mechanical shocks, thermal variations, UV and compressor oil carry over.

Fire Resistance: Components are non-flammable with no propagation of flame. The fittings in 40 mm, 25 mm, and 16.5 mm conform to UL94HB. The fixing clips conform to UL94V-2. The fire resistance of the compressed air flexible hose conforms to NFM82271 and the vacuum version to EN12115 flame resistance section.

Environment: Materials are 100% recyclable. Transair pipe, fittings and valves are guaranteed silicone free.
